Have a moment of calm with the Breathing Buddies game
The second of the mindfulness games is a classic: breathing buddies.
It is an easy way to stop and feel the movements of the breath in the body, and gently and gradually bring calm to a special moment. And who doesn't need some tranquillity with kids at home these days? :)
