In this mindfulness practice we explore the possibility of openly welcoming all the sensations that arise from holding an ice cube in the palm of our hand, even those that are a little unpleasant or annoying.
#Mindfulness allows us to train the ability to stay in the presence of the difficult emotions, sensations and thoughts that come to visit us in our daily lives.
You will discover that you can be less reactive, and that you can #choose with awareness how to handle some very challenging situations, with the help of your breath and of an open approach that invites us to experience emotions as they are, instead of resisting them and create more suffering.
